Email us quickly
Send us an email as soon as you discover your need for a project to be translated speedily. Include the language pair (the language the document is in and the target language), field of content, deadline and be ready for payment. With this information we can check our availability to let you know if we can take the job, and if so, prepare a quote for you.
Send final file
When you are in a rush, it is easy to try and send a draft over. If the document is not finalized and you give us the okay to begin the translation work, it could cost you extra money and time to re-do or change the translation.
Stay in contact
Please be available to answer follow-up emails or calls to move the project quickly along. If we do not receive quick payment, we cannot move forward with the translation.
Be reasonable and honest
Of course we will always do our best to help our clients meet their deadline. We value our clients and want to best assist you and have a partnership with you. Please be honest with us about your timeline and be reasonable with the timeline.
Expect a rush fee
If you are needing a translation in a hurry, expect a rush fee. Translators have many projects they are working on and to fit you in, we have to pay them extra to complete your project.
