Before heading to lunch at a new restaurant with a client, look at the menu online before and pick a healthy option. Deciding on a meal in advance can help you stick to your healthy eating goals.
Being active has many physical and mental benefits such as being able to focus more at work, maintaining a healthy weight, decreases stress, and helps you to sleep better at night. Pack athletic clothing and take time each day to exercise, even when traveling for business. Even if you forget gym clothes, walk around the airport or to your business meeting.

When you are hungry and traveling, most of your options are fast food or other unhealthy quick options. Many people tend to overindulge or eat unhealthy when traveling. Bring a few snacks that can help curb your hunger and provide healthier options. Bring high-protein snacks like nuts or dried fruit to keep your appetite healthy.
Travel during the day
Try and avoid red-eye flights or early-morning flight if possible. Traveling for business, especially long international flights, are exhausting. Adjust to time changes more quickly by waiting until the evening to fall asleep.
