Whatever you decide to study and learn next, here are a few tips that can help improve your study habits: Decrease distractions
Find a quiet place where you are free of distractions and are able to concentrate. Turn off notifications on your phone and your laptop so that you can focus on what you are studying. Create a study plan
The amount of time you spend studying is not as important as how effectively your use that time. Develop a study plan to best manage your time and effectively and use it daily to accomplish your goals. Try and study 20-30 minutes daily to learn effectively as possible. Take study breaks
It is important to take study breaks so that you can stay focused when you are studying. Take a walk, go out to eat, or go to the gym. Taking regular, short breaks may seem like procrastination but will help improve your productivity and focus.Be positive
Your motivation and attitude have a big influence on your level of effectiveness while learning. If you tell yourself you can’t do it, you most likely won’t reach your goals. Reward yourself on reaching your goals and stay positive with any setbacks. Decide what works best for you
